Head of Business Development We're on the lookout for a Head of Business Development to drive capital attraction and revenue growth for an established blockchain/cryptocurrency platform. If you’re passionate about bridging TradFi and DeFi, and have a knack for building relationships with institutional clients, this is your chance to make an impact. What You’ll Do Act as the face of the company, representing its cutting‐edge products to UHNIs, Family Offices, Venture Capital firms, and Hedge Funds across APAC. Craft customized product solutions to optimize sales conversions and meet client needs. Take ownership of revenue and TVL targets for the APAC region. Partner with the global sales team to boost lead generation by leveraging your established network. Build and nurture strong relationships with investors, partners, and funds to drive long‐term success. Represent the company at industry conferences, cultivating connections that fuel organizational growth. Stay ahead of the curve by keeping informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to guide strategic decisions. What You Bring 8+ years of business development experience, with at least 3 years specifically in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry, demonstrating a track record of driving measurable results in capital attraction and revenue growth. In-depth understanding of both TradFi and DeFi, enabling you to navigate complex financial landscapes and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Active network within the institutional financial ecosystem, including connections with UHNIs, Family Offices, VCs, and Hedge Funds, with a proven history of leveraging these relationships to secure capital and forge strategic partnerships. Exceptional ability to identify opportunities, develop tailored strategies, and close high‐value deals, with a focus on aligning product offerings with client needs in APAC. Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial and technical concepts to sophisticated audiences, build trust, and influence key decision‐makers. A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, evolving industry, staying agile in response to market shifts, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in FinTech and DeFi.
