Roles & Responsibilities About the Role: Our client are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented individual to join our healthcare contact centre team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for patients and customers, helping them with appointment bookings, enquiries, and support via phone, email, and live chat. Responsibilities Handle patient and customer enquiries, appointment requests, and feedback through calls, emails, and live chat channels. Provide accurate information and ensure excellent customer service in every interaction. Liaise with internal departments or external partners to resolve issues promptly and professionally. Escalate complex cases appropriately to ensure timely follow-up and resolution. Maintain service quality standards and comply with operational procedures. Requirements GCE ‘O’/‘A’ Level or Diploma and above. At least 1 year of customer service or call centre experience (healthcare experience is an advantage). Excellent communication and telephone etiquette. Strong service mindset with good listening and problem-solving skills. Computer literate and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a positive attitude.
