About the job As a Management Consultant, you will acquire first-hand consulting experience in the banking industry, build knowledge on a wide range of companies, and apply project management best practices in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging work environment. You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end technology implementation projects, including core banking system upgrades, digital transformation initiatives and regulatory technology projects. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. Ensure projects adhere to banking regulations, data security policies, and compliance requirements. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery. Facilitate communication between business units, IT teams, third‐party vendors, and senior management. Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks and issues to ensure project success. Manage project governance, documentation, and reporting to ensure transparency and alignment with business objectives. Utilize Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to drive project efficiency and adaptability. Conduct post‐implementation reviews to assess project success and implement lessons learned. Oversee project resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure effective delivery. Provide regular project updates, including progress reports, risk assessments, and impact analysis to key stakeholders. About you Degree holder. Minimum 10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record in Financial Accounting, Budgeting and Management reporting processes. Proven experience delivering projects involving financial consolidation, planning and reporting platforms. CPA, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is preferred. Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MSProject, Trello, Confluence, and experience in Agile/Waterfall methodologies. Excellent analytical skills with a curious mind. Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues. Capable of applying technology principles to business. Can fluently speak and write in English.
