What You'll Do

  • Lead application team to design, deliver, and support business-critical solutions.
  • Oversee projects, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Drive improvements in system performance, security, and user experience.
  • Mentor and coach team members to achieve excellence.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align IT initiatives with business goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 15+ years in applications development/operations, with 8+ years in leadership.
  • Strong expertise in .NET frameworks, Windows-based platforms, and enterprise application environments.
  • Strong track record in project, vendor, and change management.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on technical know-how and strong people leadership skills.
