Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic IT Application Lead to spearhead the implementation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance of enterprise software applications.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams and software vendors to ensure seamless operation and support of business-critical applications.

Your primary focus will be on tracking application performance, resolving issues proactively, and guaranteeing business continuity.

Collaboration with various departments such as operations, finance, nursing, diagnostics, and administration is crucial to understanding user needs and ensuring applications meet business requirements.

You will facilitate training sessions, provide user support, and drive adoption and effective use of applications.

In addition, you will be responsible for creating user manuals, SOPs, and documentation for internal reference and compliance.

Project planning and management, relationship building with software vendors, tracking project deliverables, timelines, risks, and budgets are also essential aspects of this role.

Working closely with the data and analytics team to ensure application data is structured, reliable, and accessible for reporting and analysis is vital.

Identifying opportunities for digital transformation and automation, evaluating new technology solutions, and leading application optimization initiatives to streamline workflows and improve user experience are key responsibilities.

To succeed in this position, you must possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, a proactive and quality-focused approach, and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
