Lead Strategic Initiatives

You will lead the development and implementation of strategic project management initiatives that align with business goals and objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, clients, and team members.
  • Establish and manage project budgets, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
  • Mentor and develop project teams to build future-ready capability.
  • Champion risk, change, and stakeholder management across all initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 10–12 years in IT Project/Program Management, with 5+ years leading PMOs or large ICT portfolios.
  • Proven success in establishing and scaling PMOs with strong governance and stakeholder management.
  • Broad business acumen in P&L management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing ability.
  • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making in complex environments.
  • Knowledge of networking, cloud, and security, aligning technical delivery to business needs.
