Job Description Adhere to company's SOPs for the cooking of its Western or Asian Cuisine. Perform mise-en-place, goods receiving and storage, where necessary. Co-coordinate with the other Cooks, as well as the Service Crews, to ensure smooth delivery of customer orders. Adhere to policies relating to food quality, hygiene, and workplace safety. Ensures that the cleanliness of the kitchen meets the standards of the Quality Assurance Team. Serve as a stand in for cook in other outlets during peak period and emergencies. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Direct Supervisor. Job Requirements At least 6 months of working experience in the kitchen Able to read and understand basic English.
