Montessori Education Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Montessori education specialist to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

  • Manage a class of children aged 18 months to 6 years old, providing a nurturing and supportive environment that fosters their cognitive, social, and emotional development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hold a degree in Montessori teaching or a diploma in early childhood care and education, with a focus on teaching.
  • Prior teaching experience is highly valued, as it demonstrates the ability to adapt to diverse classroom settings and effectively engage students.

Employment Benefits:

  • A minimum of 10 weeks of paid holidays per year, allowing for rest and rejuvenation.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the curriculum and prepare lesson plans that cater to the needs of each child.
  • Engage children in creative play and exercises, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive growth.
  • Conduct parent-teacher conferences and maintain accurate student records, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to our weekly media publication, sharing the achievements and experiences of our students.
