We're Hiring: Junior Cook

Location: Mama Diam / Lou Shang
Salary: $2,000 ~ $2,200
Employment Type: Full-time

Do you have a passion for cooking and want to kickstart your career in the kitchen? We're looking for a Junior Cook to join our team This is a great opportunity to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience under the guidance of our chefs.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with daily food preparation and cooking.
  • Wash, cut, and prepare ingredients for service.
  • Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and safe at all times.
  • Support senior chefs during service with mise en place and plating.
  • Learn new cooking skills and kitchen operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Some prior kitchen or F&B experience is preferred, but not mandatory (training will be provided).
  • Enthusiastic about cooking and eager to learn.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Responsible, punctual, and with good hygiene practices.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
