**Who We Are**

The Asian Sons is a new entrant to the Singapore F&B scene backed by an experienced chef with 20+ years in the profession (including 14 as the owner and chef of his own restaurant) and some friends with backgrounds in high growth tech who are passionate about food.

**Who We Are Looking For**

We are looking for cooks at both the senior (Chef de Partie / Commis 1) and junior (Commis 2 or 3) levels who are trained and experienced in Western and/or fusion cuisine. Due to hiring quotas, Singaporean Citizens and PRs only please.

The senior cook will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen on a day-to-day basis, under the guidance of our executive chef and co-owner. This will include preparation of all menu items, supervision of the junior cooks, and all other operational aspects of the kitchen in order to drive the smooth operation of the restaurant/cafe and delivery of food. **This role is for you if you have been a cook for at least 5 years and are confident that you’re ready to step up to running your own kitchen.**

The junior cook will be responsible for assisting the senior cook in all aspects of cooking and food preparation, and operation of the kitchen. **This role is for you if you have been a cook for at least 1 to 2 years and are looking to grow your skills and exercise greater independence.**
