Sales & Business Development
Drive restaurant and banquet sales, ensuring revenue targets are met.
Develop FOS Premium Plus membership benefits with exclusive F&B privileges.
Build strategic partnerships for member rewards and promotions.
Implement upselling strategies to maximize revenue from dining and events.
F&B Quality & Service Standards
Oversee restaurant operations and banquet events, ensuring high service quality.
Work closely with the culinary team to maintain menu quality and consistency.
Conduct regular service audits and training for F&B staff.
Ensure a seamless hybrid experience for members, integrating digital reservations, promotions, and loyalty rewards.
Provide professional and personalized assistance to members and guests, addressing their inquiries and requests.
Manage FOS member accounts, liaise on admin and maintain accurate records.
Liaise with internal departments to coordinate event bookings, reservations, and other member services.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with members, promoting the club's facilities and services.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the FOS programme through feedback and innovative ideas.
Assist with other administrative duties as required to support the overall functioning of the club.
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in planning, organizing and starting initiatives or account management role, preferably in the hospitality or membership-based industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide excellent service to members and guests.
Proficient in data entry, record-keeping, and the use of relevant software and systems.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the club.
