Job Description

The FOS Programme Executive plays a pivotal role in driving sales and business development for The Keppel Club. This position is responsible for ensuring revenue targets are met, developing membership benefits, and building strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive restaurant and banquet sales to meet revenue targets.
  • Develop FOS Premium Plus membership benefits with exclusive food and beverage privileges.
  • Build strategic partnerships for member rewards and promotions.
  • Implement upselling strategies to maximize revenue from dining and events.
Restaurant Operations:
  • Oversee restaurant operations and banquet events to ensure high service quality.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to maintain menu quality and consistency.
  • Conduct regular service audits and training for food and beverage staff.
Member Experience:
  • Provide professional and personalized assistance to members and guests, addressing their inquiries and requests.
  • Manage FOS member accounts, liaise on administrative tasks, and maintain accurate records.
  • Liaise with internal departments to coordinate event bookings, reservations, and other member services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in planning, organizing, and starting initiatives or account management roles, preferably in the hospitality or membership-based industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide excellent service to members and guests.
  • Proficient in data entry, record-keeping, and the use of relevant software and systems.
