Job Title: Senior Construction Coordinator
As a Senior Construction Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the construction process by analyzing tender documents and preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ) and cost estimates. You will liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations, prepare design proposals, pricing breakdowns, and documentation for submission.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze tender documents and prepare BQ and cost estimates to ensure accurate project costs. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and negotiate prices. Prepare design proposals, pricing breakdowns, and documentation for submission to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Handle procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and quality control. Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and the main contractor for approvals and deliveries, maintaining open communication channels. Track submissions, responses, and material approval processes to ensure smooth project progress. Prepare shop, as-built, schematic, and detail drawings for ACMV systems, revising them based on consultant and site feedback. Revises drawings based on consultant and site feedback, incorporating changes and improvements. Prepare test reports, operation & maintenance manuals, and handover documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Visit sites when necessary for coordination and installation updates, maintaining a strong presence on-site. Submit variation orders and progress claims based on completed work, ensuring timely-
