  • Prepare case briefs, notes, and other essential materials for court sessions and meetings.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to routine client inquiries and concerns.
  • Elevate urgent or sensitive matters to the relevant teams based on established protocols.
  • Support lawyers and paralegals by providing timely updates, schedules, and reminders.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation across shared folders.
  • Facilitate seamless client communications through various channels.
  • Track critical dates, such as court appearances, document submissions, and client milestones.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, and Dropbox.
  • Able to work independently, remotely, and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines under pressure.
