Siemens Financial Services (SFS) is a subsidiary of Siemens AG. SFS provides financial expertise and industry knowledge to support Siemens' customers and markets. As part of a strong and established team of project and structured finance risk managers, you will support the Bank's continued growth with a focus on Corporate Lending and Leveraged Buyout transactions.

Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting thorough risk analysis for corporate and leveraged loans in the Asia Australia region.
  • Managing underwriting processes, emphasizing risk assessment, analyzing historical performance, security, and legal structure.
  • Coordinating workstreams across teams (Rating, Legal, Tax, Compliance, Operations) during underwriting and portfolio monitoring.
  • Evaluating transactions from a risk/return perspective and presenting applications to SFS and/or Siemens Bank Management.
  • Preparing credit applications, including due diligence, financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, and negotiation of agreements.
  • Overseeing post-approval processes, including closing, disbursement, portfolio performance monitoring, and handling requests for waivers and amendments.
Qualifications and skills:
  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or equivalent; post-graduation or professional qualification preferred.
  • 5-7 years of credit risk experience, focusing on corporate lending and leveraged finance transactions in Asia/Australia.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and knowledge of complex financial structures.
  • Ability to identify and assess transaction risks and evaluate mitigation measures.
  • Familiarity with jurisdictional differences in security and guarantees across major Asian geographies.
  • Proficiency in legal documentation review and negotiation, fluency in English, leadership qualities, analytical decision-making, and ability to work under pressure within diverse teams.
