The Role:
As Sales Manager, you'll lead sales efforts across your assigned regions (Australasia & Africa). You'll be responsible for acquiring new business and helping clients achieve their growth goals through our lead generation solutions.
This is a high-impact role that combines autonomy, strategic planning, and hands-on execution.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking confident, results-driven professionals with:
3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience , preferably in digital marketing, lead generation, or media.
Some success working with clients in the
Australasia & Africa
regions.
Strong prospecting, pitching, and closing skills.
A deep understanding of business culture and commercial dynamics in your regions.
The ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
A strategic mindset with solid commercial acumen.
On-Target Earnings (OTE)
Competitive total package with
OTE between SGD 70,000 and SGD 100,000+ per annum
Includes base salary and performance-based variable component
Uncapped earnings potential for high performers
