We are seeking a detail-oriented engineering professional to support the design, development, manufacturing, and testing of high-precision components and systems.

The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge in machining, metrology, and quality control with or without hands-on experience in precision manufacturing processes. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize precision components, tooling, and fixtures for manufacturing.
  • Set up and operate precision equipment to meet tight tolerances.
  • Interpret and create technical drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
  • Perform dimensional and visual inspections using micrometers and other precision instruments.
  • Work closely with production and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards such as ISO
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce scrap, and increase process efficiency.
  • Document engineering processes and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Experience with CAD/CAM and CNC programming is a plus.
  • Familiarity with metrology tools and quality inspection processes.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
