Senior Precision Measurement Specialist

Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative individual to join our team as a Senior Precision Measurement Specialist. As a key member of our calibration services team, you will be responsible for maintaining precision and accuracy in measurement instruments and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of calibration engineers to deliver accredited calibration services and meet customer's turnaround time (TAT) targets.
• Develop new accredited capabilities to expand our scope to meet new customer's requirements.
• Provide engineering support to the sales and operations, including developing training plans and providing technical guidance to team members.
• Perform routine calibration and performance verification of electrical equipment and test systems following established protocols and quality standards.
• Ensure the traceability of all calibration standards.

Requirements:
• Knowledge in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Proactive, inquisitive, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Highly adaptable with excellent multi-tasking skills.
• Strong leadership and management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
