Treasury Strategy Senior Associate

Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Treasury Strategy Associate to support the day-to-day liquidity oversight and capital management of our stablecoin reserves. Reporting directly to the Head of Strategic Finance, you will play a key role in scenario planning, reserve allocation, capital deployment, policy development, and the monitoring of fund flows that underpin our rapidly growing stablecoin ecosystem.
What You Will Do
Build and maintain dashboards to monitor liquidity positions, forecast cash needs, and simulate stress scenarios across products
Develop a robust liquidity forecasting process to anticipate funding requirements and ensure efficient capital allocation across business lines
Contribute to asset-liability management (ALM) frameworks to monitor reserve adequacy, funding ladders and liquidity risk exposure
Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance visibility, control, and responsiveness
Prepare regular liquidity and reserve management reports for internal stakeholders and decision-makers
Support the drafting and maintenance of key treasury policies, including investment guidelines, reserve frameworks, FX strategy, and counterparty limits
Assist in the design and upkeep of approval workflows, escalation paths, and governance frameworks related to treasury operations
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized institution
3–5 years of experience in treasury, liquidity management, FP&A, or risk management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently
Familiarity with FX markets, capital planning, and liquidity modeling
Experience in digital assets, stablecoins, or payments is a strong plus
Professional certifications such as CFA or FRM are advantageous
