Dealing Associate Job Description

As a Dealing Associate, you will play a vital role in the success of our team by adhering to business operations and execution strategies. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Adhering to business operations and execution strategies.
  • Meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the Unit Head.
  • Daily administration and operations of the Desk.
  • Executing add hoc projects and administrative responsibilities assigned by the Unit Head.
  • Sales advisory, execution, and processing within the team.
  • Staying up-to-date with regulatory or compliance requirements for the business and technical competencies.

Treasury Sales Responsibilities:

  • Conducting sales and marketing calls to existing and prospective customers.
  • Providing market advisory and pricing.
  • Managing daily tasks in desk administration, trade execution, sales, and marketing.

Administration & Process:

  • Escalating problems and issues with work processes to senior sales or Unit Head for resolutions.
  • Assisting the Unit Head in new product development.
  • Supporting the Unit Head in daily administration requirements where applicable.
  • Adhering to all guidelines, policies, and limits.
  • Upgrading technical competencies where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of working experience preferable in Treasury Markets in a reputable Financial Institution.
  • Understanding of treasury products and Financial Markets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
