Job Title: Senior Associate - Treasury Strategy

Job Description:

  • Support the day-to-day liquidity oversight and capital management of stablecoin reserves.">
  • Play a key role in scenario planning, reserve allocation, capital deployment, policy development, and fund flow monitoring.">

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Build and maintain dashboards to monitor liquidity positions, forecast cash needs, and simulate stress scenarios across products.">
  3. Develop a robust liquidity forecasting process to anticipate funding requirements and ensure efficient capital allocation.">
  4. Contribute to asset-liability management frameworks to monitor reserve adequacy, funding ladders, and liquidity risk exposure.">
  5. Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance visibility, control, and responsiveness.">
  6. Prepare regular liquidity and reserve management reports for internal stakeholders and decision-makers.">
  7. Support the drafting and maintenance of key treasury policies, including investment guidelines, reserve frameworks, FX strategy, and counterparty limits.">
  8. Assist in the design and upkeep of approval workflows, escalation paths, and governance frameworks related to treasury operations.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized institution.">
  • 3–5 years of experience in treasury, liquidity management, FP&A, or risk management.">
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.">
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.">
  • Familiarity with FX markets, capital planning, and liquidity modeling.">
  • Experience in digital assets, stablecoins, or payments is a strong plus.">
  • Professional certifications such as CFA or FRM are advantageous.">
