Infrastructure Architect Position

This position involves designing scalable and secure infrastructure blueprints for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. As an Infrastructure Assistant Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring that infrastructure architecture meets high standards of availability and scalability.

  • Develop infrastructure architecture that adheres to established standards and ensures the highest levels of availability and scalability.
  • Create detailed technical documentation to support capacity planning, performance tuning, and system scalability.
  • Implement zero-trust security architectures, including network segmentation, IAM, and secrets management.
  • Oversee third-party vendors for procurement and integration, and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Evaluate change requests, assess architectural impacts, and provide expert guidance in technical discussions and customer engagements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive technical experience in infrastructure roles, with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies, including networking, firewalls, virtualization, etc., and advanced skills in Linux systems (RHEL, Ubuntu, SUSE).
  • Advanced experience with cloud-native stacks, Kubernetes ecosystems (EKS, AKS, GKE, Rancher, OpenShift), container runtimes, and secure secrets management using KMS solutions.
  • Strong grasp of cybersecurity frameworks, IT risk management, encryption, and security protocols.
  • Skilled in producing detailed technical documentation and diagrams.
