Operational Excellence:
Drive workshop turnover by effectively managing staff, tools, and equipment.
Team Leadership & Development:
Partner with the Technical/Training Department to identify training needs and craft development plans.
Customer Satisfaction:
Conduct quality audits to maintain top-notch standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Inventory & Warranty Management:
Oversee scrap parts storage and disposal, and ensure warranty processes align with factory guidelines.
Strategic Problem-Solving:
Analyze recurring technical and quality issues, collaborating with the Technical Department for effective resolutions.
Performance Optimization:
Inspire the team with performance reviews and coaching sessions to hit monthly sold-hour targets.
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications:
Nitec in Automotive Technology (Light Vehicle) or higher; Motors Trade Industry certification is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 6 years in the automotive industry.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and drive team success.
