Warehouse Management Role

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to lead our warehousing operations.

  • Supervise and monitor all incoming/outgoing activities, ensuring seamless inventory and logistics flows.
  • Lead and train the warehouse team, promoting safety and performance excellence.
  • Foster accurate inventory management and documentation practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain order fulfillment.
  • Implement process improvements, maintain equipment, and drive cost-effective operations.
  • Develop long-term warehouse strategies aligned with business growth, customer expectations, and supply chain evolution.
  • Lead network planning initiatives and contribute to CapEx planning, budgeting, and return-on-investment analysis for warehouse enhancements.
  • Utilize data analytics to drive operational decision-making and process improvements.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports for leadership review and oversee warehouse operating costs.
  • Build relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to secure cost-effective services.
  • Promote cross-training, workforce planning, and succession development to enhance team resilience.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with WSH standards and MOM/SCDF/NEA regulations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in logistics or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics.
  • Forklift license (mandatory); Class 3 license (if applicable).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with ERP experience preferred.
