Senior Event Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Event Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description:

The Senior Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing high-profile events from concept to completion. This includes coordinating with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery, managing event budgets and timelines to achieve cost-effective outcomes, overseeing event logistics, creating engaging event programs and promotional materials, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, monitoring event success through attendee feedback and post-event evaluations, and staying updated on industry trends to propose fresh and innovative event ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute high-profile events
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and stakeholders
  • Manage event budgets and timelines
  • Oversee event logistics
  • Create engaging event programs and promotional materials
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the Senior Event Coordinator must have a minimum of a Diploma degree and above, strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple events simultaneously, excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and client interactions, and the ability to work well under pressure and solve problems on the spot.
