Facilities Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily inspections of building facilities to identify and address any maintenance or repair issues.
  • Conduct regular audits of M&E systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Attend to all service requests in a timely and professional manner, including repairs and replacements as needed.
  • Plan and oversee maintenance and repair works, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts and consumables to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Respond to emergency calls and faults during and outside working hours.
  • Assist in the implementation of quality maintenance programs and compliance with regulatory requirements.
