Maintenance Specialist

Our company is looking for a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks on air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) systems, building infrastructure, electrical wiring, lighting, fire safety systems, and other essential components within GMP and GHP standards.
- Inspections and Troubleshooting: Conduct daily inspections, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs as necessary to maintain optimal facility conditions.
- Contractor Management: Supervise contractors on-site to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
- Machine and PLC Troubleshooting: Assist with troubleshooting and repairing machines and PLCs to minimize downtime.
- Record-Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.
- NITEC/ITC/Diploma in electrical, mechatronics, civil industrial, or related professional certificate on related skills.
- 3 year(s) of experience in the food & beverage or manufacturing industry.
- Preferred hands-on working experience in utilities and facilities maintenance.
