Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team as a Vice President of Finance.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial stewardship of our portfolio companies, ensuring robust financial control and compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also oversee the annual audit process, manage the monthly close process, and work closely with the Fund Finance teams to ensure full control on sources and uses of funds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial analysis and guidance on all activities and future growth.
  • Ensure the project companies compile robust annual business plans (budgets) and deliver to strict deadlines.
  • Design, implement, manage and control a quarterly forecast process.
  • Work closely with the CFO and other senior leaders to drive strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

To qualify for this role, you must be a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy and a minimum of 12 years' relevant experience, ideally in Big 4 and MNC/complex business environment.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in overseeing accounting operations/processes, financial control/compliance, reporting, analysis, business partnering in a manufacturing/energy industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
