Job Title: Financial Manager

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing strategic financial plans to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include formulating long-term financial strategies, establishing yearly objectives, and overseeing the entire financial function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate long-term financial strategies and establish yearly objectives for the company.
  • Develop and oversee the entire financial function, including accounting systems and budgeting processes.
  • Regulate accounting systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Coordinate annual audit processes and manage annual budgeting and mid-year financial forecasting.
  • Ensure tax compliance and provide value-driven leadership as a member of the management team.
  • Present regular financial reports and lead IPO projects.
  • Liaise with regulators directly to ensure compliance with listing rules and local laws.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.
  • Knowledge of accounting management is essential.
  • Overseas experience, particularly in Southeast Asia, is highly valued.
  • Prior experience working as an Audit Senior or above in Big four audit firms is desirable.
  • Proven leadership capabilities in managing remote teams and excellent communication skills are required.
  • Ability to thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Excellent command of both written and verbal English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience in financial operations, preferably in a multinational corporation.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information effectively and confidentially.
  • Good business partnering skills with stakeholders across different levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
