Responsibilities Maintain IT documents and equipment inventory Coordinate with IT team based in India and external vendors to support the in-house IT operations such as issuance/collection of laptop/PC, network access and door access for new and resigned employees, onboarding/off-boarding of advisers’ personal device Assist in compliance duties and provide support on AML/KYC and clients’ onboarding process Assist in daily operations of IT and compliance, and supporting the department in any ad-hoc duties as assigned Support digital marketing efforts, including social media management, email marketing, and website content updates Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and webinars, ensuring logistical requirements are met Assist to liaise and coordinate with relevant parties including trainers and participants on course enrolment, training facilities and materials Assist in planning and providing logistic support in training and events, such as conferences and staff retreats Requirements Minimum Diploma qualification in any discipline At least 2 years of relevant experience. Good organizational and interpersonal skills Resourceful and able to work and learn independently Possess a positive working attitude, hardworking, good self-managing skills, and team-player IT savvy and good working knowledge in digital marketing #J-18808-Ljbffr
