Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities A. Employer Engagement & Advocacy Guide companies through the full grant lifecycle – eligibility checks, application support and claims submission. Share best practices and advocate progressive and inclusive workplace practices. Organise and support briefings, webinars, and employer engagement events overseeing logistics, vendor coordination, stakeholder liaison, and post-event reporting. B. Grant & Claims Administration Evaluate applications, verify documentation, and certify claims in line with audit and programme standards. Prepare project summaries and claim-verification reports. Ensure claims are processed accurately and on schedule, in accordance with SOPs. Maintain complete and accurate records for audits and reporting. Perform other related administrative duties as assigned. C. Team Leadership Provide guidance and onboarding mentorship to junior officers. Assist with workload allocation, process improvements, and performance reviews. Act as Deputy Team Lead to ensure team KPIs are achieved.
