Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Investments team to understand, structure, and implement operational workflows for various investment products and trading strategies.
Design and implement robust operational processes for new products, including spot trading, derivatives, token investments, and DeFi interactions.
Develop and maintain operational frameworks for different investment products and strategies.
Coordinate with technology teams to build and optimize operational workflows and tools.
Create and maintain documentation for operational procedures and controls.
Monitor and report on operational metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Serve as the primary point of contact for operational queries to and from the Investments team.
Required experience and skills
5-8 years of experience in financial services, with exposure to trading operations, product control, or similar roles.
Strong understanding of the DeFi-specific ecosystem and investment products.
Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional project coordination.
Proven track record of process improvement and operational optimization.
Experience in documenting and implementing operational controls.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
