
Administrative Support Specialist Position Available

The Administrative Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, this position is responsible for providing administrative support, scheduling and coordination, operations support, customer service, quotation preparation, data management, contract management, and ad-hoc duties.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support by maintaining organized and accurate filing systems for documentation, correspondence, and reports.
- Liaise with customers, subcontractors, main contractors, and internal stakeholders to schedule tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with the department head to process and follow up on purchase requisitions for materials and services.
- Assist in addressing customer inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for customers based on their requirements.
- Perform data entry tasks to update records and reports systematically.
- Monitor and manage project contracts to ensure compliance with terms and deadlines.
