Key Responsibilities

1) Digitial P-file Project* *Streamline existing e-pfile and support the project to implement a system to support storage of p-files with indexing, letter generation and reports creation, etc. functionalities

2) Automation & Tech:

• Design and build simple automated workflows using Power Automate
• Analyze repetitive tasks and propose automation solutions
• Assist in testing and troubleshooting automated processes

Key Requirements

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

1) Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – especially Excel for tabulations and data analysis
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms), M365 apps, e.g. PowerAutomate, PowerApp, PowerQuey and Power BI is advantagous
• To ensure data integrity, through identification of data source, introduction of validation rules, consistent formats, and processes to detect and fix errors.

2) Soft Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Analytical and critical thinking skills
