overseeing operations on rotating afternoon and night shifts (1pm to 10pm & 10pm to 7am).
About the role:
The
Value Stream Supervisor
is responsible for executing the production plan with a focus on safety, efficiency, and productivity. This role ensures smooth daily operations within the assigned value stream, supporting and aligning team members with operational goals. Reporting to the
Value Stream Leader , this on-site position is based in
Singapore .
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily workflow and operations of direct reports in the production area for the assigned shift.
Managing direct reports, including hiring, training, performance management, and development discussions.
Ensuring customer orders are processed safely, accurately, and on time.
Collaborating with the Value Stream Leader to interpret QC results and follow up on failures.
Ensuring adherence to work instructions, safety guidelines, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485 standards.
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience.
Comfort working with chemicals and following safety protocols.
Preferred additional experience:
Knowledge of manufacturing practices.
Leadership experience.
Experience with lean tools such as 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, and Problem Solving.
This is a full-time, on-site role in the Medical Equipment Manufacturing industry, based in Singapore.
