Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the assessment of component features on CMM machines.
  • You will develop CMM programs, prepare setup plans, and provide guidance to inspectors on CMM measurement methods.
  • Additionally, you will conduct CMM Measurement System Analysis (MSA) studies in line with internal requirements.
  • Performs CMM inspections of components and prepares related documentation.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers and Inspectors to troubleshoot and interpret CMM measurement results.
  • Work with Engineering teams to document measurements and prepare technical reports.
  • Support introduction of new processes, products, and inspection capabilities.
  • Provide input on design of tooling, fixtures, and inspection gauges for new and existing products.
  • Contribute to automation initiatives for CMM inspection processes.
  • Support digitization and technology integration projects in collaboration with OEM and research institutes.
  • Assist production teams with measurement requests.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Precision Engineering, or related field.
  • Familiarity with GD&T and CMM programming software.
  • Understanding of drafting standards, symbols, and BOMs.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
