As a key member of our quality team, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal quality systems.

You'll be responsible for supervising QA activities, coordinating inspections, maintaining documentation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

About the Role:
  • Supervise and support QA team members on the production floor
  • Oversee in-process checks, batch record reviews, and product release procedures
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Lead investigations into deviations, non-conformances, and CAPAs
  • Collaborate with Production, QC, and R&D teams to uphold quality standards
  • Assist in audits (internal, third-party, and regulatory)
  • Support training and onboarding of QA personnel
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of QA experience in pharmaceutical or supplement manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and quality systems
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail, documentation skills, and communication
