IT Infrastructure Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Lead to oversee the implementation of our IT infrastructure projects.

About the Role

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project governance, stakeholder management, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Governance: Develop and implement end-to-end projects related to IT Infrastructure according to project governance principles.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage internal business and external stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements, translating business IT requirements into technical requirements.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical solution teams to develop full-scaled and precise proposals, coordinating resources and defining clear roles for all project resources.
  • Vendor Management: Work with vendors to ensure project delivery within schedule, budget, and expected quality standards.
  • Communication: Manage communication and arrangement internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Experience: More than 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Banking domain.
  • IT Infrastructure Experience: More than 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT Infrastructure.
  • Global/Regional Projects: Experience in global or regional projects is an advantage.
  • Vendor Management: Experience in vendor management.
  • Security Knowledge: Knowledge of IT security, risk management, and security controls.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Initiative: A sense of initiative and proactive action is expected.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially presentation to senior management.

Good to Have:

  • Certification: Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE 2).
  • ITIL Certification: ITIL Certification.
  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
