We are seeking a seasoned and experienced project leader to join our IT infrastructure team in Singapore. This senior role is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of key IT infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement infrastructure project strategy, plans, and governance frameworks
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of infrastructure projects including planning, design, development, go-live, and closeout
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Lead and coordinate internal teams, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to achieve project goals
  • Monitor project risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve conflicts proactively
  • Collaborate with internal departments for project alignment and support
  • Provide regular status reports and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement in project processes, tools, and methodologies
  • Lead and mentor the infrastructure projects teams, fostering a high-performance culture
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computing or related field, with extensive experience in IT Infrastructure
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in large IT infrastructure programmes/projects, with leadership roles
  • Certification and strong knowledge of project management and portfolio management
  • Prior experience in financial services and in working with regulators
  • Proven ability to lead geographically distributed teams, manage stakeholders at senior levels, and influence strategy direction
  • Proven track record managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects
  • Strong team player with attention to detail, resilience under pressure and an adaptable and resourceful mindset
  • Ability to work autonomously and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
