Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Facilities Development projects at Kent Ridge Campus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, infrastructure development, and technical governance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and processes for infrastructure projects in the cluster, ensuring alignment with hospital standards and design principles.
  • Establish and maintain technical standards for cluster infra projects, promoting standardization and efficiency.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and analyze data to inform project decisions.
  • Lead the design development process, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Procure services and resources for project implementation, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Review and approve project schedules, method statements, and permits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage consultants and contractors, coordinating their work to meet project objectives.
  • Prepare cost estimates, scope of work, and Bill of Quantities, facilitating project planning and execution.
  • Document project progress, outcomes, and lessons learned, enhancing organizational knowledge and best practices.
  • Support special projects or tasks as directed by senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in complex A&A environments, with a focus on healthcare infrastructure or commercial projects.
  • Proven track record of managing ambiguity and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Strong technical competency, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to build working relationships.
  • Team player with ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
