Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with patients to confirm bookings and reduce no-shows, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations.
- Identify patient needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their unique requirements, fostering strong relationships and trust.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Department to ensure effective communication and mutual support.
- Assist with administrative tasks and daily clinic operations, providing valuable support to the team.
- Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by management, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow.
Requirements
- Minimum O level Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working in healthcare settings is essential for this role.
- Working hours are 5.5 days a week, offering a healthy work-life balance.
