Ltd., a leading provider of air conditioning services in Singapore, is seeking a proactive and dedicated Management Associate to join our growing team. With a reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our management team to maintain our service excellence and support operational growth. Position: Management executive Location: Singapore Work Week: 6 days Availability: Must keep phone on standby after working hours for emergencies Key Responsibilities: Assist senior management in daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high efficiency. Coordinate with technicians and support staff to schedule and manage service appointments. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. Manage emergency calls and coordinate after-hours responses as needed. Oversee project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed within deadlines and according to quality standards. Implement and monitor company policies, ensuring adherence to operational guidelines. Collaborate with various departments to streamline communication and service processes. Support the development and implementation of strategies for business growth and operational improvements. Requirements: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Must be able to work 6 days a week and be on standby for emergency situations outside of standard working hours.
