JOB SUMMARY The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth from the corporate segment across both Raffles Sentosa and Sofitel Sentosa Singapore. This role focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, managing key accounts, and securing new business opportunities while ensuring brand alignment and delivering the exceptional service standards synonymous with both hotels.What you will be DOING: 1. Sales & Business Development• Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new corporate business opportunities to achieve targeted revenue goals for both properties.• Manage and grow key corporate accounts, maximizing room nights, revenue, and market share.• Develop and execute segment-specific sales strategies, sales calls, presentations, and proposals.• Collaborate with the Assistant Cluster Director of Sales to prepare annual corporate sales plans, budgets, and forecasts.• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.2. Client Relationship Management• Maintain strong professional relationships with existing corporate accounts through regular engagement,
