Job De ion Investment Strategy & Portfolio Management Shaping and executing the long-term investment strategy across listed equities and/or real estate. Lead idea generation, thematic research, and investment recommendations with clear risk-reward frameworks. Oversee portfolio construction, asset allocation considerations, and position sizing. Monitor portfolio performance, liquidity, and risk exposures, ensuring alignment with family objectives. Research & Due Diligence Conduct deep fundamental research on companies, sectors, or real estate assets. Evaluate both direct and indirect investment opportunities (e.g., funds, co-investments). Lead due diligence across financial, commercial, structural, and operational aspects. Build financial models and investment memos to support decision-making. Execution & Monitoring Execute trades or transactions across public markets and real estate deals. Maintain ongoing coverage of active investments, including KPIs, market movements, and catalysts. Develop and manage relationships with external managers, brokers, advisors, and counterparties. Governance & Reporting Prepare investment committee materials, performance reports, and strategic updates for principals. Ensure compliance with internal policies and risk guidelines. Contribute to continuous improvement of investment processes, frameworks, and systems. The Successful Applicant 15+ years of investment experience in public equities and/or real estate. Background from asset management, hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds, real estate investment firms, investment banks, or reputable family offices. Strong track record of idea generation and portfolio contribution. Exceptional analytical, commercial, and financial modelling skills. High integrity, sound judgment, and strong communication skills.
