Human Resources Executive
– Recruitment & Rostering
Primary Responsibilities
1. To increase the number of newly hired PT Gym Crew to the current pool by broadening the Crew profiles
2. To research and engage various recruitment sources, government agencies, schools, NGOs to support crew recruitment
3. To conduct interviews of crew applicants to assess their suitability for crew or relevant positions
4. To clearly explain required commitment of PT Crew to suitably qualified crew applicants
5. To schedule shortlisted applicants for crew training, OJT and probationary shifts
6. To handle crew rostering to ensure optimal manpower to operate the gyms during the week and weekend/PH
7. To promptly respond whenever crew drop their shifts or due to unforeseen circumstances
8. To provide support in terms of employee engagement, enhance retention as part of the employee life cycle
9. To handle crediting of season and multi passes to staff and directors
Secondary Responsibilities
Floor Operations as a Crew / Duty Officer (DO)
- To value-add overall climbing experience and ensure safety and service standards for customers and staff
- To undertake 1-2 shifts a week that may include an opening/ closing shift during the week or weekend
- To engage customers and PT Crew when at the gyms to hear their feedback to enhance customer service delivery and crew rostering

- Result-oriented and prompt response to communication channels
- Problem identification and solving skills
- Good spoken and written English
- Personable and cheerful disposition and ability to motivate, engage, establish positive rapport with colleagues, peers and superiors
- Motivated and ability to work independently
- Good time management/ planning skills
- Experience in using eScheduling and Attendance system
- Spoken Mandarin to recruit Mandarin speaking crew to serve Mandarin speaking customers
Education and Work Experience
- Active in sports and/or experience in climbing
- 2 – 3 years in customer service, rostering large pool of part time staff
- Bachelor or Diploma in Sports Management, Outdoor Learning, Sports Coaching
