Overview Job Summary: An experienced, well connected and result oriented techno-commercial professional for sales & marketing of the Group's products Responsibilities To provide marketing, sales & after-sales-service within the Territory for any business opportunities that company desires to supply the Products for and is qualified in pursuing. Sales Manager shall ensure securing all opportunities of crane business in the territory and endeavour his/her best to get maximum business/orders. Sales including project information, lead generation, bid submission, techno-commercial discussions (if any) and order finalization with prospective clients. Sales Manager will carry out business development and sales promotion activities for the Products in the South East Asian Market Sales Manager should guide company's design & estimation and proposal manager/s & engineer/s, while preparing proposal/s. Sales Manager should able to discuss, negotiate and facilitate the award of contract/s, in accordance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of company, in which company desires to supply its' products and services and is qualified in pursuing within the territory. Registration of company at various customers, project authorities, project consultants, EPC Companies, etc. within the territory. To conduct any and all dealings on behalf of company as its representative in a professional and internationally accepted manner. Post award of contract, all the contract execution responsibilities including but not limited to getting approval of design drawings & documents, meeting with client/s for the purpose/s, arranging client's inspection at company works and dispatch clearance, goods receive at POD, mobilizing in close loop with CHA, arrange necessary local clearances, etc. etc. identifying region specific erection contractors, monitoring site activities till the cranes are erected, commissioned and PAC & FAC are issued by customer. Sales Manager shall arrange with the Client/s for all payments to be made by direct through TT/RTGS or through Letter of Credit opened by reputed International Banks and as per terms of Purchase Order, making such LC negotiable at Banks advised for this purpose or as per the condition of contract acceptable and agreeable to company. For any part of a project, the job responsibilities, as defined herein, will be expanded upon. If the job of work expanded, then specific responsibilities of Sales Manager will be defined and agreed to. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Should have hands on experience of more than 10 years in marketing and executing STS & RTG Cranes with companies like PSA, DP World, APM Terminal and other Top global terminal operators. Should have close rapport with above mentioned Corporate's top decision making team.
