We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Credit Executive to support the end-to-end loan processing workflow. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales and Credit teams to ensure timely and accurate preparation, review, and administration of credit documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and underwrite loan documentation submitted by the Sales team, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Perform due diligence to confirm completeness and accuracy of all borrower documentation in accordance with internal credit policies and regulatory standards.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team, including system update, documentation tracking, and contracts generation.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to follow up on missing or incomplete documents and facilitate contract execution.
  • Monitor and track documentation status to support timely disbursement of loan facilities.
  • Assist in system data entry, reporting, and preparation of internal summaries or checklists as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Admin or other equivalent courses.
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience. Relevant background is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin) for handling documentation and agreement submission.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Leadership and people management skills (for Senior role).
  • Good communication skills.
