Home Loan Specialist Role

The Home Loan Specialist role is a key position within our organization, focusing on the end-to-end processing of home loans. This includes credit administration for HDB and private residential home loans, involving tasks such as new loan application processing, documentation management, disbursement, redemption, and other related requests.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to effectively liaise with internal and external parties. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding security documents via CLIMS, working independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and check new home loan applications
  • Perform documentation processing tasks, including disbursement, redemption, and other service-related requests
  • Safeguard security documents via CLIMS
  • Liaise with external and internal parties
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel/ MS Word)
  • Responsible, meticulous, and able to cope well under pressure
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply
