Building Operations Manager Position
Lendlease is a world-renowned property and infrastructure group with a strong commitment to creating exceptional work environments for its employees. In this role as a Building Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the smooth operation of our retail mall, Parkway Parade. Key responsibilities include supporting the Property Manager in all aspects of building maintenance, leading the Engineering department to create an efficient operations team, and ensuring the centre's compliance with local codes and authorities' regulations.
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Maintenance, Property Management, Facilities Management, or Building Operations related fields.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in retail mall management or relevant industry.
- Knowledge of ACMV systems and Green Mark Building Requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and IT savvy.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess excellent communication and written skills.
- Willingness to work beyond office hours and adapt to a fast-paced dynamic environment.
