Job Description:

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a retail mall, ensuring that all facilities and services are maintained to the highest standard. Key responsibilities include conducting pre-opening checks, managing service contractors, and coordinating with tenants and retailers.

  • Manage daily mall operations, including maintenance and upkeep of common areas and tenant relationships.
  • Conduct regular building inspections to ensure compliance with authorities' requirements.
  • Coordinate procedures and fit-out of premises leased to retailers, including arrangement for handovers.
  • Assist in collecting as-built drawings, insurance certificates, and other relevant documents from retailers.
  • Prepare annual budgets and ensure expenses are within budget.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to the buildings assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Building, Facilities, Estate Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in shopping centre operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with team members, tenants, and service providers.
  • Initiative and a positive working attitude, with ability to work beyond standard operating hours when required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
